Subtle earthy notes that harken to barnyard but it's very subtle. It's a super fresh wine with cranberry, cassis, cherry, and fruit punch notes. There is some tartness beyond the cranberry that feels deeper moves towards hibiscus.
It's a remarkably bright and fresh wine! Especially for the South. It is a light bodied wine, high acidity, and medium tannin. Low intervention wine but, mercifully and refreshingly, is a clean wine.
