Two years on and it's at its apogee. Suspect holding any longer won't bear fruit.
The fruit in my previous note have receeded a bit to make way for leathery, sous bois earthiness. A joy to drink. Sad it's my last of it.

Aromatic and elegant with fresh strawberries, reduction, red florals, cranberry, and just a touch of earthy barnyard. The tannins are present without overwhelming, medium + acidity, and medium body. Immensely enjoyable. I am looking forward to seeing what a little bit of age will do to this.
